About

A software engineer first: systems that hold up, decisions that can be explained.

I started out writing PHP and ended up designing money platforms that move millions. Along the way I worked across banking, health insurance, retail and fintech — almost always at the point where a system has to stop growing in bursts and start growing well.

I work comfortably across the whole stack: from the data model and service contracts to the interface the user actually touches. These days a good share of my time goes into applying AI with judgement — development agents, MCP integrations and automation, always with tests and specs in the loop.
